Before you begin the application, review our Leasing Criteria to make sure you meet the basic requirements to be approved as a resident at Suburban Heights Apartments.
To gain access to the application, we will need some basic information from you to create a guest account on our online portal. Once we create your guest account, we will email you the link to your application. Every household member age 18 and older must fill out their own applications. Let’s Begin.
Within the application portal, you will need to submit your $40 application fee.

Once your completed application has been approved, you can submit your unit preference within the apartment complex.
When your preferred unit has been selected, the final step will be to sign your lease agreement.
Upon move-in day, you will receive a packet with a copy of your lease documents, your entry code and key fob for gate access, as well as, some useful information about local eateries and shops. We look forward to welcoming you into the Suburban Heights community!
