Suburban Heights is a pet friendly apartment community. All pets need to be registered within the leasing office and a ‘Pet Addendum’ is required.
A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent is required for all non-caged pets.
Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Tenants are also required to have their pets within their direct control at all times on the property. Failure to follow the pet policy can result in a fine per violation.
Our community features a gated and well lit parking lot. There is ample space for resident and guest parking. Parking is first come, first serve, and parking is only allowed in marked parking spaces. Residents are responsible for registering their vehicle(s) with the office.
Tenants are allowed to use Grills and BBQs on our property. Grills are the property of individual tenants and are the responsibility of their owners. Suburban Heights is not liable for any damages that occur from or to any grill.
Grills can be kept outside by the buildings when not in use. While being used they should be at least 10 feet away from the buildings. Any left over coals or other products from the grills must be disposed of properly after they have cooled. Coals and ashes are not allowed to be dumped on the lawn. Violation of these policies may result in a fine.
